A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1 General Terms

Welcome to BMW2U, an online sports betting and casino platform operated by BMW2U Group under a valid international licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BMW2U. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the BMW2U platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

This agreement applies to all aspects of the bmw2u platform, including the main website at bmw2u.ws, the mobile platform, all casino games, Sports Betting for the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and all other services provided by bmw2u from time to time.

Bmw2u reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via registered email or in-platform notifications when material changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of BMW2U services, you are required to register a valid and active account. Registration is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes. By registering, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the BMW2U platform.
• You must be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) active account on BMW2U. Registering additional accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, Malaysian identification number (MyKad/passport), Malaysian phone number, and active email address.
• The name registered on your bmw2u account must match the name associated with your payment method (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, FPX, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BMW2U account password and login credentials.

BMW2U reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, recent bank statements, and proof of Malaysian address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Payment

Bmw2u supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure full security. Accepted deposit methods at bmw2u are as follows:

• DuitNow (instant transfer between Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect and RHB Now

The minimum deposit amount at BMW2U is RM30 per transaction, while the maximum limit depends on the payment method and the member's VIP tier. Successful deposits will be credited to your BMW2U account in under 30 seconds. BMW2U does not charge any fees or commission on deposits.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that deposits are made from an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as their BMW2U account. BMW2U is not liable for any funds incorrectly transferred to the wrong account due to the member's own error.

4 Withdrawals

Bmw2u is committed to processing member withdrawals promptly and without complication. All withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the bmw2u account. Withdrawal terms and procedures are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by membership tier — starting from RM5,000 per day for Bronze members up to RM50,000 per day for Diamond members.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Processing times: Platinum and Diamond VIP members – within 10 minutes; Gold and Silver members – 30 minutes to 2 hours; Bronze members – up to 4 hours during normal business hours.
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Bmw2u reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal that appears suspicious or is in breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the withdrawal will be processed within the following 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotions

BMW2U offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified. The following general terms apply to all BMW2U bonuses:

• Welcome bonus up to RM288 available to new members making their first deposit only, subject to all stated conditions being met.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus value, which must be met within the bonus validity period.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• BMW2U reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through illegitimate means.
• Members who hold multiple accounts are not eligible to receive any BMW2U bonuses.
• Weekly cashback and VIP bonuses are calculated based on each member's net losses over the specified period and are credited every Monday.
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period will be forfeited automatically and cannot be recovered.

6 Betting Rules

Bmw2u offers an extensive range of betting markets, covering Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports and more) as well as online casino games. The general betting rules at bmw2u are as follows:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the BMW2U system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• Bmw2u reserves the right to void or cancel any bet accepted in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (palpable error).
• The minimum bet is RM1 per sports betting slip, and RM0.50 for casino slot games.
• Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market type, event, and the member's VIP tier.
• For live (in-play) Sports Betting, the odds received by the bmw2u system at the time the bet is placed are final, even if a broadcast delay is present.
• Any bet placed after an event has started (for pre-event markets) will be automatically voided and the stake refunded.
• The use of automation software, betting bots, or any unfair method to place bets on bmw2u is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

For casino games, all games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. Casino game results are final once a round is completed.

7 Account Security

The security of your BMW2U account is a shared responsibility between BMW2U and you as a member. BMW2U continually invests in industry-grade security infrastructure; however, you are also expected to take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your bmw2u account settings for an added layer of security.
• Do not log in to your BMW2U account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact BMW2U support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

BMW2U shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account prior to BMW2U receiving a report of unauthorised access will be considered your own.

8 Account Closure

Bmw2u reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, collusion between players, the use of bots, or any other dishonest conduct.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity suspected of constituting money laundering.
• Legal obligations or instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, BMW2U reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including cash, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. If the closure is initiated by the member or on responsible gambling grounds, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bmw2u is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:

• Technical disruptions, site inaccessibility, or processing delays caused by factors beyond bmw2u's control (force majeure).
• Betting or casino game outcomes that did not go in the member's favour.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Member negligence in safeguarding account login credentials.
• Policy or regulatory changes affecting bmw2u's operations.

Under no circumstances shall bmw2u's maximum liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10 Responsible Gambling

Bmw2u takes the well-being of its members seriously and is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools, accessible at any time through your account settings or by contacting bmw2u support:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Betting Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can wager within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss limit per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break from the BMW2U platform for a period of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
• Permanent Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that betting is negatively impacting your life.

11 Disputes & Complaints

BMW2U is committed to resolving all member disputes and complaints promptly and fairly. If you have any dispute or complaint regarding your use of the BMW2U platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact the BMW2U customer support team via live chat or email at support@bmw2u.ws within 30 days of the date the issue occurred.
• Step 2: Provide full details of the dispute, including the transaction ID, date and time, relevant screenshots, and a clear description of the issue encountered.
• Step 3: BMW2U will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint to BMW2U's licensing regulatory authority.

Bmw2u's decision on any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game is final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error acknowledged by bmw2u.

12 Governing Law

These BMW2U Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which BMW2U holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through BMW2U's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable international arbitration rules.

The use of the bmw2u platform in Malaysia is entirely the user's responsibility. bmw2u makes no representation that the content or services on this platform are suitable or available in all locations. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the local laws applicable to them.

The official version of bmw2u's Terms & Conditions is in Bahasa Melayu. Any translations into other languages are provided for convenience only, and the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
